Jessica Howard and Pam Ward win Champion honor at the 2023 Silver Angels of Tennessee, LLC Fall Conference

On November 15th, Silver Angels of Tennessee, LLC CEO Steve Fleming and Director of Operations Robin McDonald named Jessica Howard and Pam Ward of Silver Angels of Tennessee – Greene, LLC winners of the Silver Angels Champions award.  The Champions Program is our way of recognizing the Branch Leadership for exceeding the expectations of their position. Our Champions achieve the highest standard within our organization and are role models that demonstrate servant leadership and exhibit our Sacred Seven (compassion, integrity, patience, positivity, respect, teamwork and be heroic). We are so proud of their accomplishments and appreciate their service to others.

Jessica Howard joined our team in 2018 as the Area Scheduling Coordinator. In 2020, she was promoted to Lead Branch Scheduler later that year promoted to the Senior Branch Scheduler role. She continues to serve our Greene branch in this role today. Her dedication to Silver Angels, to our staff and to our clients is second to none.

Pamela Ward joined our team in 2016 as a Home Care Aide. In 2017, she was promoted to Lead Caregiver and by 2019, she was again promoted to the Area Meal Manager position. It is in this role that she is recognized as a Silver Angels Champion. Recently, Pamela was promoted to Branch Scheduling Coordinator, so we know she will do great things in this new role as well. Her dedication to Silver Angels and to our clients is second to none.
